Contact, registration and quotation requests

We store the contact information and message you submit in Odoo so our team can answer your request. A simulator request also includes your selected rooms, equipment and project information. If you create a portal account, Odoo stores your account information and gives you access to your own customer documents.

Newsletters

We add your email address to this company’s newsletter list only when you select the newsletter consent checkbox. We keep the consent date, website, source and wording version. Registering or requesting a quotation does not automatically subscribe you. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Odoo’s email marketing tools can measure email opens and clicked campaign links when a campaign is sent.

Cookies and external services

When you allow optional analytics, Odoo may record visits to tracked pages, visit times, language, country and timezone, using an anonymous identifier derived from your IP address, browser information and session. Signed-in visits may link to your customer account. Essential server logs and form security are separate from this optional visit history.
